These Kbands Took My Cardio Workouts to Another Level 🔥
I’ve been adding these Kbands resistance bands to my workouts, and I love how much more challenging they make movements I’m already doing. I use them to add resistance during cardio and lower-body exercises, and I can definitely feel my legs, glutes, and core working throughout the workout. What I really like is that I don’t have to completely change my routine or use a bunch of equipment. I can put the bands on and add another level of resistance to movements I already enjoy. They’ve become one of my favorite fitness tools when I want to make a cardio or lower-body workout more challenging. If you’re looking for a simple way to add resistance to your leg, glute, core, or cardio workouts, these are absolutely worth checking out.

Helped w/ explosiveness
I enjoy running w them on It can be a little confusing attaching the straps to your legs, but you figure it out after repetition. One of my bands popped due to clips not being evenly dispersed—I believe one side was receiving more tension than the other with how I put strap on my knees The quality can be improved upon, but it appears to be the only one on the Amazon market. I feel much more explosive as an athlete already

Hopefully I can make it work - great concept.
I find that the leg wraps don't stay in place very well for me - they tend to slide down to my knee joint. It might just be that my thigh diameter to knee diameter is larger than average :-/ Tip: Be sure to put the rings on the outside of the thighs, not the insides - otherwise, the bands will not have enough tension. I would have preferred metal connectors for the bands - they are plastic. Otherwise, they are well made.
