The Great American Jerky Cookbook: A simple guide to making your own authentic beef jerky

This is a good little book for simple recipes. It provides a lot of information for different meats. I would have been happier if it gave a little more on poultry/game birds instead of just saying "don't do it" as my father did this all through growing up and it was delicious. With that said, I am really excited to try many of the recipes. I have found that you can do a lot of the recipes with a few of the same ingredients on hand, I really like that aspect!

Can't wait to try more recipes! I learned a lot about the process and it really improved my jerky. Great book.

If you like jerky, this is a great little book for you. I like to make Beef Jerky, and I also have an inexpensive motor driven dryer that works okay. There is many new recipes to try in this booklet, and I plan to get through all of them. A good buy for the price.Enjoy the good treats,Louis

This is really a series of recipes...well put together but no real insights into the jerky process

As a confirmed jerky addict I have to admit this is my go-to book when looking for new recipies for jerky, So far, I have tried three and they all turned out wonderfully. If you are a jerky fan like me, check out this book, you won't be sorry!
