Are they dishwasher safe?

this scissors can be separated for easy cleaning, it’a recommend hand washing and immediately drying your shears for better maintenance. Stainless steel isn’t always completely impervious to corrosion, especially under the hot water and strong surfactants in a dishwasher.

absolutely useless videos- i want to see how they cut the poultry- where is that ?

These are fine for cutting ribs, wishbones etc. but I use it in conjunction with a good kitchen knife to cut up chickens. You'll be disappointed with the shears if you expect it to cut chicken skin. They come apart to clean nicely, but they're a medium duty shears, not scissors and not a miracle tool.

How does it work as a can opener?

I don't believe it is supposed to be a can opener. It does work as a bottle opener, but I have not used it as a bottle opener, in any case. The description does not include "can opener".

Could these cut through plastic for crafts?

No doubt they could. They can cut through bone...
