Didn't get the right product

We ordered the Totmart, fox cover with the blue background, and received and ugly plain brown cover.... very disappointing

Ordered Twice, Still Not Right

I ordered this product twice. The first time I received a plain brown fleece cover, the second time I received a plain white fleece cover. The picture is a fox. The picture in the packaging is a fox. Neither of the items I received are what I want. Really REALLY frustrating.
