The lid was hard to get off and wont go back on, tried to keep it but oops time ran out to return, sent seller a message and of course no customer service for me!!! Poor quality and customer service...…..

The media could not be loaded.  Didn't come in any type of box to protect the flimsy plastic container and broke off one of the most important pieces that keeps the lid locked on! Not what I was expecting. If it wasn't broken it would be decently nice but unless I get a new one after I contacted the seller, I WONT be buying this again. Cheap product for cheap price and most of the writing is not English either.. I was expecting cheap, but not this cheap.

I was a bit disappointed

Took a long time to arrive and although my box of rice said 2KG, the container did not fit all of the rice, i had to use another container for the rest which was quite a lot. Also, the side clips don't hold very good so, was a little disappointed about this container and looking for a better one.

Bought this product to take to summer cottage. Need something airtight for rice storage. Haven’t used it yet but it appears that it will serve the purpose. Like the idea that the entire top is removal for refilling.
