its comfortable and stylish.. and goes very well with the whole black and red theme.. but do not get this for the message function.. it sucks and has loud noises.

This chair looks great when put together but is so uncomfortable to sit in. I actually have to pad the chair with a pillow to sit in it even for a few minutes.

The mount that the bolt was supposed to go through was bent. Had quite a time getting shock mount bolt to take. I would have 5-starred because the chair is a great looking chair.

Ok for the price but not comfortable long term.

This chair was interesting to put together.. But it fits my decor perfectly and it's very comfortable. The heat and massage are just extra benefits

The chair is poorly constructed with cosmetic flaws. It is not made for an office setting due to the recline of the build. The back nor the seat is adjustable so you automatically recline sitting in it. It has a vibrator and warm setting, it works but too nosey for an office setting. Customer service is horrible I have reached out to them twice, no response. My favorite thing about this chair is the color

Its a good looking chair. however the heating system doesnt really work that good. But the price wasnt too crazy tho.

I believe anyone would enjoy this chair. Assembly was easy, except for the feet. Comfortable and stylish.
