If you are an avid baker like myself, you would love to have several of these. I use these all the time when I am baking, you don't have to use extra oil or butter and you don't have to spend extra money on foil. These are quick and easy to use and just as easy to clean; it literally wipes clean. I wish I had discovered these sooner; it would have saved me a lot of scrubbing the pans and let set up time with not using foil. This is just a healthier way to bake, a time saver and an essential tool for baking. I have baked chicken breast on it and cookies and both turned out beautifully. What a surprise! I had no idea that silicone mats like this one doesn't melt at oven temperatures. My friend suggested I get one for my wife. Boy, was she thrilled with the outcome. She made a couple of her baking recipes and everything just slid off the mat. I was a breeze to clean. My wife wasn't sure how to store it so I grabbed a bulldog clip and hung it on our utensil rack. She was very impressed with me. And I was impressed with the mat. You should get one.

Very nice and durable baking sheet. When I'm baking it is important to me to have high quality products and this is one. In the past I had to take time to grease pans but I love never having to worry about this and seeing my baking goods slide right off the pan.

This baking mat works great!! So far I've used it to make cupcakes and cookies. The cookies slid right off..... no prying with the spatula needed. Cleaned up easily with some dish soap and sponge. Love it!
