I think this has tricky marketing language. The oil is yellow, and should be green. Light can easily get through the jug that this oil is placed in. I’ll use it because it cost thirty bucks, but I’m very unimpressed with the quality of the oil.

I have been using avocado oil for 20 years for homemade skin and hair care products. I had no idea you could cook with it! We've been trying to eat healthier and I was desperate to find an alternative to vegetable oils that was suitable for high temp cooking and baking. I know coconut oil is all the rage, but I try to stay away from eating oils that are solid at room temperature... I've cooked with this for the last week or so and have used it for sauteing and baking with great results! Will keep using extra virgin olive oil for cool/warm applications and this for high temp. Wonderful stuff! :)

I have been using Healthy Harvest Products for a number of years. So when I saw they had a new product out, Avocado Oil, I had to try it. When I received the oil I went on a cooking frenzy. I fried with it, I sautéed with it, I marinated with it, and I made salad dressing with it. OMG, I was not disappointed. This oil is so versatile, I could not believe it. After being introduced to avocado oil by a friend. I discovered all the incredible health benefits of it. Then I found this one that is non-GMO, all the better. I was delighted to find out that it does not have a strong taste it’s actually very light. It was easier to cook with then regular oil due to its high smoke point like 500°. We made Arancini balls They came out great and my oil didn’t burn. All in all I highly recommend this avocado oil.

I use this Avocado oil when tailgating at Winter Park Ski area. It's great for sauteing up some roasted peppers and onions to go with whatever is the meat of the day. This oil contains heart-healthy oleic acid so it is a great choice for anybody that likes to cook up a great lunch on a ski day. Everybody compliments me on the taste of my cooking! The smell draws a crowd and I have made new friends thanks to Healthy Harvest Avocado Oil!

Everything about this product is fine, except what the company is charging for it. I feel that it is a bit overpriced. Other than that, fine.

It’s important for us to eat healthy, so this avocado oil really fits into this philosophy as it is organic and non-GMO. I have used it to make Whole30/Keto compliant mayonnaise and several Keto chicken recipes. I also put the oil in a brown glass spray bottle to spray sweet potato fries in the air fryer. Love the taste and versatility of this oil!

New to this product! I’ve been using in place of olive oil with sautéed Bev’s and husband complimented the flavor.
