NO SUPPORT/WARRANTY IF PURCHASED THROUGH AMAZON
Originally I would have given this software 5 stars. We began having some complications with the software integrating on one device. After multiple hours getting in touch with customer support, including 7 phone calls, we were told, because we brought it through Amazon, it was not under warranty and no support will be offered. What a joke. We have owned the software for 4 months . In my opinion, it was obvious we were just getting the run around.

Instructions please
The product was exactly what I wanted. Although it could’ve included some kind of instruction sheets.
