This is my 2nd bottle, so I did find a noticeable benefit. Used daily as instructed until the first bottle was gone. As an ex-smoker, my lungs have had some restriction and constriction that are on-and-off. Using Allertrex provided a temporary relief and opened up my lungs to easier breathing. Thus far, I have not noticed a longer-term effect, more of a temporary relief for me. And some days it works better than others. I like it, I don't love it. Good, not great. Have reordered once, may or may not reorder again. But I would recommend trying this if you have issues breathing, it does provide some relief. I've got a bottle of this last month and I have COPD extremely bad. I couldn't walk 6ft without huffing and puffing. Couldn't catch my breath for at least 6-7 minutes it scared me so much then I used this product and I'm breathing so much easier. It was like night and day.

I have reviewed over 200 products on Amazon and this is my first 1 star review since the year 2013. Can't read the print on the bottle. They made the print and label so small that even people with 20/20 vision like myself, need to use a magnifying glass to read the print. Poor marketing. FACT: There is plenty of room on the bottle to make the print larger; however, for whatever reason, this company fails miserably at realizing this. See pictures for example. PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK. Don't waste your money.

I'm a big fan of global healing center, in particular doctor Ed Group because he's one of the people I first learned about when I was studying healing and raw vegan living. His products are exceptional for the most part. But I didn't notice any difference with this product in my nasal congestion or lung capacity. Based on all the high star reviews I decided to try this even though I'm on a very limited income right now - and I'm aware that they do offer a money back guarantee, which I will reach out to them about. But I still have to let others know that while it's a very pleasant taste and breathing it deep into your lungs feels like something should be happening, I did not find that to be the case. I also note that it seemed a very short period of time when I realized the bottle was empty so I looked as best I could in this black glass bottle and couldn't really tell what the remaining content was. I then looked to double check and it definitely says: adults spray six sprays per serving three times daily. I'm a little shocked to realize that this would not even get you 3 days if it was in fact 42 sprays in each bottle. I actually did five sprays twice a day for about a week And then about once a day for another week I think. That would mean I either got more than 42 sprays or my estimated usage is wrong. But it's a little shocking to think that for $29 they're selling less than 3 days worth - I mean I'm not great at math but six times 3 is 18; 18 *3 is 54. If I had realized I was getting less than 3 days worth of product I definitely would not have paid $10 per day for it.

Great product!! Does exactly what it says it will do. Went a couple weeks without and realized how well it was working. My last shipment came opened and instead of dealing with Amazon I contacted the company and the bottle was replaced within days. Great customer support!!!
