How many kilo is the large case when fully filled?

This question cannot be answered, as it will depend on what you fill the suitcase with (feathers or ball bearings for example). It is a large suitcase, it holds a lot. On my outbound flight I filled the small case with all my clothes and put it inside the large case, I surrounded the small case with shoes, books, toiletries etc and the large case weighed about 20kg. Coming home I filled the large case to the brim with clothes, shoes etc and it weighed 22.8kg, I also filled the small case with holiday souvenirs and gifts and it weighed 19.4kg (but is a third the size of the large case). As I said, it all depends what you put in it.

I want to buy the suitcase set and just wanted to know if you can get a lots of clothes in the cabin case?

No you can’t get lots of clothes in the cabin one. It might be ok if you were packing summer stuff but not great for winter clothing

Question 4

Has anyone had scratches on these bags from checking in there luggage? Are scratches covered in the warranty? I am aware it says scratch resistant.

Sorry, can’t really help with this question. Took ours to the USA in June. Two week fly-drive, 4 flights in total, cases in and out of car/hotels etc. No scratches (thinking we were very lucky).
