Decision day works on a r cbs press or i need an adapter

If your seating die is a Hornady it will work. It screws into the Hornady seating die stem hole, i.e. replaces the standard non-adjustable stem. May fit other die brands, I don't know. And, if your press is standard, 7/8x14 threads the seating die will screw into that.

Is this good for 25/06

This is great for all calibers using Hornady bullet seaters. I have these in use on everything from 223 Rem to 375 Raptor. It only replaces the set screw on top of the seating die, while keeping use of the seating cup within.
