Let me start by saying how AMAZING Amazon is! I ordered this item yesterday at 12PM yesterday. Within 22 hours, it is on my doorstep! I made use of the free prime offer I have (student perks!). About the liner - I bought the intense black. It looks like it's still wet even after it has dried - that is what gives it the intense color and non-matte, non-pencil liner finish. The applicator is easy to use and the felt tip is not very flexible which make it easy to apply from any angle. Seems to wash off with water and some rubbing but stays put otherwise. My only gripe is the amount of liquid is very less, that is, the size of the vial that holds the liner is small. I guess liner should be thrown out after a few months, thats why. Thanks Amazon, and thanks L'oreal!!! Update 01/27- This thing flakes off without your trace. If that's what you want (an eyeliner that does not have staying power) then buy this!

My favorite thing! Always have it everywhere. I'm not a big fan of all L'oreal's produce, but this one is the best. I tried more than a hundred of them, because I love thin lines. I have used liquid eyeliners for over 10 years, and decided to chose this one, because: 1) I love a felt-tip applicator, it's very easily to apply and to create any type of lines: thin or bold. 2) I love the consistence: it looks wet and bright on the eyes. 3) I use color 'carbon black', it looks glossy and rich. 4) It removes easily with any eye makeup remover or just water&soap. What I don't like about this liner: 1) It works perfect for 2-3 hours. It works good for 3-6 hours. You should apply it again after 6 or more hours. 2) The small size. I buy it every 2-3 months (comparing with another liners, which works for 4-6 months) 3) It doesn't look perfectly rich and bright on your eyes for the first or third use. Nevertheless, I love it!

I’ve been wearing this eyeliner for years now and it became harder and harder to find. I fear it is on the road to being discontinued. Luckily I was able to find it here so I bought around ten! They all were perfect and fresh. No clumps, no dried up messes. Just my trusty eyeliner!

This was my favorite liquid liner for YEARS. Great eyeliner for those starting out with liquid. The handle was easy to hold, felt tip was precise but easy to maneuver., black had great pigmentation. I'd tried more expensive brands, but always came back. In the past few years however, the quality on this eyeliner has been hit or miss. Some were as great as I'd remembered, but some would dry out fast, have poor pigmentation, or a floppy felt tip. I never understood how there were bad reviews on this eyeliner and I always bought in bulk whenever it went on sale, but I'm disappointed to say it's time to move on and re-try other brands.

I've just recently started using liquid eye liner to help with how tired my eyes seemed to look by the end of the day. However, I've been having trouble with just making a nice thin line along my upper lid until I found this. I'm 50, not in my grunge days of my 20s or a super model with fantastic eyes. I saw a Youtuber's recommendation and I'm shocked that it worked just like it did with the young girl who posted it. Way more simple for these old hands than I ever thought. No more thick black line on top of my lid, just a simple outline that came out easily without going over and over it until it was black enough and making a drawing mess while doing it. Love love this liner!

Love this eyeliner, quality is same as the expensive Lancôme one I was using previously. In fact I’d say it’s identical and I’m very glad I tried it, I’m now saving LOTS of $. Highly recommend. i have already ordered again, it’s my new go to liner! No complaints whatsoever!

Ehhh.... It's okay. I mean the brush makes the winged liner a lot thicker than expected. The liner comes off easily with makeup remover. Even water. Occasionally when my eyes get watery/contacts get irritated, parts of the liner chip off. The brush isn't that good. The pigmentation isn't very dark. However it is like a cheaper, less pigmented, lower quality version of the Kat von D Trooper liner. With a worse brush. I mean in a pinch I'll use it. This is not water resistant at all!!! With the slightest bit of water exposure, the liner starts to deteriorate, requiring immediate touch ups. Not sweat proof or gym friendly.

El producto no es original o está defectuoso, anteriormente ya lo había probado lo compre en el súper mercado y no se parece en nada al productor que me llegó de amazon. Es imposible de aplicar se corre todo y nunca se seca. Esta espantoso !!!

Took forever and a day to arrive from this seller (more accurately, a month) but it's the only eyeliner for me. The felt tip is stiffer than a brush, but still flexible and the forumla is very dark, goes on smoothly, dries quickly, and stays all day. Container seals well so it doesn't dry out over time. Just perfect!

It is a empty eye liner...very worst product... West of money... please care full friends...

This is my go-to eye liner. I've been a loyal user for years -- YEARS -- now and I still love it. There is not a single cosmetic item that I love more than this cheap, simple L'Oreal felt tip liquid liner! I am Asian and for more than a decade now I've been painting "cat eyes" every morning! It's my signature look. Friends and strangers ask me all time how I do it, what product I use, etc. And I always point them to this. The felt tip is NOT too soft, not too hard, not too thin, not too thick. The black ink is not to runny, and stays on nicely, but comes off easily too with a cotton ball and some coconut oil. A single tube lasts me months -- despite daily usage. When it starts to run out, I add a drop or two of water into the container and shake it up. Voila it's hardly diluted at all, and I can get another week or two worth of eyeliner ink! I've used super high end eyeliners too and I've come to the conclusion that unlike foundation, a low-end eyeliner really doesn't mean low quality. It won't make your eyelids break out in zits, so why spend so much money on Sephora eyeliners? This particular product comes in two black variations - there's the carbon black and the mica black. The mica black has a SLIGHT, SLIGHT metallic sheen to it, although I hardly notice the difference (in fact, it took me about 5 years before I realized they were two different "colours"). If you can't find the carbon black, the mica black works just the same. And as with all eyeliners - practice makes perfect. FYI this is NOT water-proof. Tears, rain and all that will make the eyeliner run though from my experience, it just smudges.
