This Tape Is Awesome!
I'm a huge fan of taping and always look for new brands to try. I was offered a percentage off to test this product and I jumped at it! The strips tear apart easily. They are really long and no cutting was needed when I taped my shoulders. I cut the piece in half for my lower back and used the other half for my hand. The tape stayed on for 6 days. I only trimmed the corners once. I highly recommend this to anyone. You get three rolls in a box so it's only 5 bucks a roll. What an awesome price! I tried the skin tone one but the other colors look great too.

Just what my daughter needed
My daughter is captain of her Varsity Cheer Squad this year and uses this tape for every part of her body. They do so many flips and jumps and lifts, they need this stuff all the time. The tape helps to give her added support for her muscles so she is free to worry about other things during their workouts, routines, and game-days.

Works brilliantly, good quality kinesiology tape
Why did I not know how good this Kinesiology Tape was before? I had never used kinesiology tape, but since starting training to get fit and lose weight, I have struggled with muscle pain in my legs. This is due to double knee surgery 10 years ago, which put an end to my ability to run. However, when I used this tape, the instability of my knees subsided massively, which meant that my muscle pain decreased. Actually to the point of it going almost altogether. This High Lee Kinesiology tape was really good - it survived a couple of showers and some very sweaty work-out sessions. However, I wish you could get larger rolls of the stuff, because sadly my legs require a lot of taping and if I continue to increase my work outs, I'm going to be going through a lot of it! However, for me to have pain-free work outs and no pain afterwards, it is worth putting up with the fact that it is incredibly unsexy to have one's legs covered in tape - no matter what the colour.I wholeheartedly recommend it.
