There were many times I wanted to share a lesson with someone, but there was no way to find it in the audio version. Each month is a chapter and it was a drawback for me. Great way to start my day
Awesome shifts happen when you practice positive daily affirmations. Louise Hay is our leader of this. She teaches us to love ourselves so to heal and share our love and healing with others. I am grateful to Louise for her incredible work of helping others TO TRUST LIFE so to LET LIFE LOVE US.

Highly Recommended
This is a great book with some really awesome daily reflections. I was worried about it being too god centered, but it wasn't. It remains pretty neutral. A few of the entries didn't pertain to me, but it is still a great book.

I love Louise Hay - She is my ACA Loving Parent!
Whenever I desire a conversation with my loving parent, she's always available. I own many of her books and I'm so grateful. I wish her workshops through Hay House Cost less money. If you have always wanted a loving parent. Louise is waiting for you.

I thought it was an actual book and not daily affirmations, but I like it.

I started reading this on the first of January as my New Year's resolution is to read a page each day for the year. It is a great reminder of Louise Hay's words of wisdom and gives a focus for the day.
