Can i use 7018 1/8" welding rods

Yes for sure if you are using a 220 power source. Not sure about on 110

This welder does have the capability to TIG but does not come with the TIG torch or regulator.

It can be set to run on either 115V or 230V.

How does this machine do with sheet metal? i am looking for a tig setup for 22-24 gauge sheet for body work.

I haven't used it for any tig operation just stick welding. I welded 1/4" plate for a long period of time and haven't had any problems with it . Very happy with this purchase.
