Straps break off stakes, first use

Bought these nets for standard soccer use for a 6 and 9 year old, early learners. Set up the nets easy enough, but straps ripped off the stakes when inserting them into the ground for the first use. We even got a replacement, thinking our original just had a defect, but the replacement did the same thing.

It broke after the 4th time using it!

I used the produce 4 times for maybe 15 mins each time. And last night the product broke. I tried to contact seller but there is no where to contact them. I am very disappointed in this as now I have 1 left. It is very hard to play a small sided game with only 1 goal!!!
