Fiber Capsules Kirkland Therapy for Regularity/Fiber Supplement, 360 capsules - Compare to the Active Ingredient in Metamucil Capsules

I got this because I realized that Psyllium husk is 100% natural, it's like Oatmeal. Not only is it probably healthy for many reasons, it also helps with your digestion as fiber does. I was hoping it will help me be more regular as I realized I'm somewhat a bit constipated. I started by taking only one capsule in the morning and one at night, yes a tiny amount. But I already eat mostly vegetables, so I think it was too much after a couple of weeks. So I decided to just take one capsule a day but what I did was cut it and add it as a powder to my veggie dish which I make with 3 tablespoons oatmeal which I mix with tablespoon of flax seeds (which I grind up together in a coffee grinder) and add a tablespoon of corn flour. So normally I add 2/3 cups water to it and cook it in the microwave to create a thick porridge so I can add steamed broccoli, celery, zucchini/squash, carrot, crushed garlic, spices (all diced) to it. So I decided to add only 1 capsule of powder to it, which makes it easier to cook it in the microwave because the fiber helps bind it all into a gelatinous consistence which doesn't tend to clump up when heating in the microwave, I just have to mix it once after a minute to keep it all smooth, and then another two minutes. So not only does it help me with cooking, but it looks like it is helping my digestion be more consistent overall. So 600 capsules, should last me a couple years! What a bargain!

I'm primarily a carnivore, and an idiot so my diet is lacking in fiber. I've been taking fiber capsules for like 4 years and they are a permanent lifestyle choice. Great for health so I don't mind. But when I have to change brands because my preferred product is not available I hate it, because I am also loyal to that which serves me well. But this product has already set itself apart as superior to all that I've used before. I had 4 McDonalds cheeseburgers and beef jerky, 7 fiber capsules, beer and coffee and the next morning it somehow turned that into a log. I'm really impressed. The taste though extremely mild when the capsules hit your tongue is also a little unpleasant, usually taste is never even a notable thing. But the results are worth that and then some. I try to eat 7 after meals where I know I need it (high fat, cholesterol, low fiber) and usually consume 7-14 per day. Sometimes I forget a few days and my body reminds me I messed up. I hate visiting the toilet +5 times a day but it was just life before paying more attention to fiber. But with how well this product works I'll be getting an extra stockpile when I order next to make sure I have access to this specific one. Best in show right here, money well spent.

ABSOLUTELY MASSIVE BOWEL MOVEMENT SO BIG MY GIGANTIC EXCREMENT LIFTED ME ALMOST THREE FEET OFF OF THE TOILET SEAT. I swallowed 5 entire bottles of these along with 2 and a half bottles of pharmaceutical grade diuretics AND 2 gallons of blue Gatorade and 2 boxes of "Boo Berry" breakfast cereal. My feces was bright blue and l shoveled out scoops of it for Halloween. The children were all incredibly thankful.
