The jianzi plays well and was shipped quickly; however, the feathers are a bit too stiff. Since the feathers are stiff it got damaged in transit and one of the feathers broke soon after playing with it. The stiff feathers cause it to bounce differently than others I have played with but is something you will get used to. Works well and has held up other than the transit issue, only other complaint is that it doesn't seem you can adjust the weight of it.

I am still exercising with the very first Jianzi that I bought from Amazon so in another words these are very durable. We can really getting the value from the $ we spent on buying them.

The large feathers have a stiff stem rather than being soft and floppy, I think this will make them last a bit longer. It is also pretty big compared to the ones I'm used to and maybe a bit heavier (I feel I have to work harder to get some height and it turns slowly in the air to be right side up)?
