Good concept but could be more practical
Good concept and its very insightful especially for those newer to mindfulness. However I think the book could be much more compact and practical. There's just too much content. As a trader its hard to trade full-time and properly digest this book (doing exercising, notes, etc).

Every serious trader needs this book
Truly excellent book. I've read many books on trading and trading psychology and this is one of the best. Very well researches by an expert in the field and is.well structured with both theory and practical advice. Also, the quality of the print and paper is top class, coated paper like the best academic books, made to last.

If one remains
I have a lot of psychology books, the must haves , even the one for dummies. This one is clear, not fluffy. It depends on you, it is pretty dense as well but never a chore
