A rotator would make this perfect.

Great leash. Sturdy and useful. Length is perfect for urban walks and the traffic handle comes in handy to reassure people who are afraid of dogs. Having a disconnect right after the traffic loop is perfect for when you don't need the entire leash like when in a store or other business.I would change one thing though. I would include a quality rotator like a low cost Homyl or the like between the end of the lead and the hook. I understand it would increase the price point but, it would slove the problem of twisting of the lead when your dog turns around or gets excited and spins.
