Quit way to early
Local brew supply was out of my preferred yeast ( Wyeast ESB1968). According to their people the Lallamond ESB dry yeast would be a good sub if I could get some. Amazon to the rescue. I pitched the dry London ESB, it quit fermenting around 1.030. The same beer using Wyeast with a starter usually finished around 1.017. Beer flavor was off. I would never use this yeast again.
