Since tables figures do not display properly on Kindle. ...

Since tables and figures do not display properly on Kindle, and numbers (possibly page numbers?) and chapter headings appear at random points in the text, it becomes very difficult to follow after a while.

Well written but...

...the book is well written and full of examples which makes it quite easy to follow (at least at the start). The biggest problem is that all the images (in the Kindle version, checked on my iPad, my mac and my kindle) are not there and the formulas are completely unformatted making it impossible to use the examples that it provides.Please fix this and it will become a very nice introductory book to biostatistics.
