Review: A perfect buy for autodidacts who are tired of conventional peadagogy - The pedagogy of this book is something that puts it far ahead of its rivals. Firstly it's approach of encountering philology at its most basic level is something that I admired the most. Honestly I was searching for this kind of book for ages. I also liked its approach of question- answer based learning and testing aptitude. Though it has got certain parts that are suited to mature minds,Yet it is a must go for every autodidact that aims at achieving magnificent skills in vocabulary. Review: More useful vocabulary - This book can improve your language with pronunciation, spellings and vocabulary. It has also discussed human traits, phobias, manias and personality.

The best way to deal with words....
Hi,here is my review on 30 days to powerful vocabulary by Norman Lewis is very useful book to those who want to improve their vocabulary at jet propelled speed. It is a magnum opus by Norman.I am writing review after reading the book. Merits 1.Many exercises are there to make you feel confident about your work. 2.Learning new words by roots makes us to get meanings of many words which share the common root. 3.Tests at end of each session makes the reader to gauge his retention of new words. 4.Useful techniques and the psychological way of dealing with new words. No demerits about the work but paper quality should be better.Go for simon & schuster publishers as goyal is not good.
