Beware, runs small. Pick one size larger than what you usually wear.
I am 5'11" 155lb 32" waste with a slim build. I typically buy medium because large always feels too big for me, especially around the waste, but the problem i usually encounter with medium jackets is the sleeve length being too short. This jacket's sleeves turned out to be an ok length which was good, but since it is such a slim fit and the cotten doesnt give, i find that I feel constrained if im leaning over and reaching for something. In the end i think i would have been ok with the large since it is a slim fit jacket.I tore off all the patches and replaced the buttons with plain matte black buttons, they were too flashy for me.

super nice jacket very happy with this would recommend getting a larger size im 5.8 190 lbs and xxxl is perfect very pleased.
