Great Substitute For Soy Sauce
Update below : The perfect substitute for regular soy sauce. Soy sauce is so salty. I like this so much better for Asian dishes and accents. I made Asian chicken in the crockpot and this was excellent. Will continue to purchase. I love that it’s gluten free. For years I have used coconut aminos as a substitute for soy sauce, but just really don’t like it anymore. 🤷♀️ Update 4/4/26 Still loving this product but found it at my local store (AJs Fine Foods in Arizona) for a little cheaper. Amazon doesn’t always have this in stock and it’s the only tamari./soy sauce I will use — —

High quality tamari
When I moved to Hawaii I was introduced to the wide variety of soy sauce type products. I prefer tamari over soy sauce, as it is gluten free and 100% soy, not a soy/wheat mix. This product is high quality and has a complex flavor palette. It is priced well, though a bit more expensive than others. For the quality and the flavor texture on my tongue, it is well worth the extra cost.

Good quality, maybe a little pricey, not sure if the cedar comes through, but this is perfectly good. Should be more like $10.

Big difference with this quality soy sauce
This is a high quality brewed soy sauce. I'm not going back to the cheap Americanized brands that aren't made traditionally. Delicious difference here.
