Does this suit the Reginox Tuscany undermount sink? Does the water successfully pour into the sink without wicking around onto the worktop?

No, it doesn't have a drip groove so water runs back onto the surface of your worktop. Solved this by gluing a strip of wood (a bamboo chop stick actually!! as it matched in with our bamboo worktops) across the grooved part of the drainer. Just the right size as well!

Can this product be put on top of an old stainless steel drainer?

No reason why not. Just check that the dimensions cover the draining board. It is quite heavy so won’t slip

Make sure you have worktop space for it !

Product was exactly as described. We use it on our worktop next to our ceramic sink.I think it has added a certain 'finished' quality to the overall look.
