Il ne sagit bien évidemment que de simple lames d'acier perforées avec du caoutchouc, mais la prise en main est très ergonomique et l'utilisation est aisée et confortable.De plus, le rapport qualité/prix est pour moi un des meilleurs que j'ai trouvé jusqu'à présent! (ancien barman possédant pas mal de matériel "pro").
