To Sleep, Perhaps . . .
I like the tart cherry juice but found it worked the first time but not the second time I tried it to get back to sleep when I woke up in the middle of the night. It's too expensive, so I won't be getting it again.

Absolutely love this...great flavor
I mix it with mineral water in the evening, over ice. It only takes 1-2 tablespoons, tastes great and helps me relax.
