The media could not be loaded. The board was delivered in time and very quickly. Everything is well packed in a water-resistant carton box which also shows other series of redder paddle boards. This board is an all-around 10' SUP and the kit includes a hand pump, travel backpack, adjustable paddle, ankle leash, central fin and a repair kit. And each part came in very good stand and I couldn't wait to open it and try each parts.The red rucksack of redder brand immediately caught my eyes. It's in bright red color which shows the brand slogan, passionate life! The backpack has a drawstring closure on the top which is quick convenient to pull out the board and as I tried to put the board in rolled and deflated status in to the storage bag again, I found it's also very easy as the drawstring design allows a wide opening of the bag.And the whole board was wrapped with cushion form sheet and in the specified part like at the valve and fins part, there's extra form material to protect the board surface from pressure traces. Very thoughtful seller!The EVA deck is thick, comfortable and has good density. There are also 4 D-rings in strong stainless steel which make the board also a kayak with seat. I think I will buy myself a kayak seat to do fishing some time later.The blue coiled ankle leash is durable and swivels well at both ends. The orange repair kit includes a plastic wrench and two PVC patches in the board's color white and blue.The paddle came in 3 pieces and is nicely coated in black. And the blade is in very reasonable big size and shape and seems to be quick efficient. And I could assemble the 3 pieces in second and they lock firmly without to much gap.Overall, I think redder vortex 10 feet is an excellent all-around paddle board. I like its simple design and very solid accessories came with the board. The detail of the paddle board is nice and clean and has no glue offset which shows the brand really cares about the quality of their product. Can't wait to take it to the sea next week.

The package was delivered a day ahead of what I was told, which I can definitely appreciate.Redder's Vortex 10'0" inflatable SUP comes with a manual, sticker, repair kit, adjustable paddle, double action hand pump, safety leash, removable fin, and a backpack that can hold everything in it.I tried sitting and standing on the deck pad before and after inflating the board and it is comfortable and just thick enough.There are four D-rings on both sides of the deck pad and two bigger D-rings, one in the back on top of the board and one in the front on the bottom of the board to secure my leash or ropes on to.The central fin is easy to secure and remove from the slot.The adjustable 3-piece-paddle feels good to hold, but the handle piece's lock can feel loose.When it came to inflating the board, it took me 5-10 minutes and the switchable double action pump really saved some time.The repair kit includes a patch kit and a handle that can be used to remove the air valve in case it gets damaged.I am pretty excited to have my own SUP, love the color and the wave design on it. I am counting down by hours until I bring it out to water next week.

It came in such a great package, very well protected, and you can just tell right away that this product is a high-end quality one. What I also love about the product is its portability and convenience to carry around. Everything can be fit in the baggage that comes with the deal, and it can easily fit in the back of the trunk or even space between the front and back seats. It’s also quite easy to inflate the board with the hand pump in the kit and I think the board is hard and strong enough for me at 12 psi. The anti-slip deck pad feels comfortable and I really love the color. The paddle came in 3 pieces and only took me second to set them up. The paddle is adjustable and also very lightweight. There are also other accessories such as a coiled ankle leash, the central removable fin, the repair kit and also the user manual. Really a great purchase from redder. Can’t wait to have fun on the lake.

It seems to be a budget quality but functional paddle.Comes with a carrying backpack, we'll see if I can make it fit in the backpack once I deflate it.Comes with a tether , a must if you fall off in any waves at all.Comes with a patch / repair kitAfter years of kayaking I thought I'd give the SUP a try.. I started out paddling on my knees, teh SUP seems stable enough, However, this old timer hasn't (yet) mastered standing up w/o falling off, but I believe I will get it eventually.

We've been looking for a beginner board after we played with friends once before. After browsing a lot of boards, we finally bought this. The board is exactly as described and comes with everything that we need. East to setup and carry. The kids love this blue color and designed pattern. In general, This is a very good product with great value, and it is also a very good purchase experience. Can't wait to go to the Beach!

I want to give the board 5 stars, it is a great board. But the pump that came with it has a malfunctioning pressure gauge. The needle is stuck behind the small metal stopper at the 0 point on the gauge so it will not move when pumping air into the board, leaving me to stop periodically to check the pressure with a separate pressure gauge that required its own adapter to fit the valve on the board. Customer service offered me a $5 refund...five bucks! No, I need a pump that works so I requested a replacement. The reply was "we will check with the warehouse to see if they have one" and that was it. Nothing since.
