Q: I have to run wiring as this is my 1st poe system. This says it comes with a 1 meter cable, which is just over 3 feet long, is that correct?

Hello. Yes, one 1m Network Cable is included for testing. And it also supports a longer Ethernet cable with T-568B connectors and CAT5, CAT6, and CAT7 with 8 PIN Ethernet cables. Q: Which "incarnation" of POE does this camera use ?

Hi, if you use the PoE switch for the camera, please make sure the specs are IEEE 802.3af compliant (48V) and support active mode.

Q: Will this camera work with RLN16-410 system?

Hello. It may depend on the hardware version of the RLN16-410 NVR. If the RLN16-410 with the hardware version of N6MB01, it can work. If the hardware version is H3MB18, N2MB02, or N3MB01, please upgrade to the latest firmware version, then you can check the 12MP video stream via the Reolink app/client and 8MP video resolution via the monitor.

Q: Can I remove the SD and play on my compte?

Hello. Yes, you could take out the SD card and view the videos of this 12MP PoE camera on your computer. And you could also playback videos without taking out the card on Reolink App on your phone or Reolink Client on your PC.

日本語説明書なんて、付いてきませんよ

全く使えません。代わりを探してます。最初は録画機とカメラが連動せず、何とか繋がると、今度はセンサーライトが点きません。人が居ても反応せず、通知も携帯に届きません。ましてや無駄に何もなくても、20秒から１２０秒で通知が来るので、鬱陶しくてたまりません。肝心な時に通知が来ないし、無駄に送ってきません。メーカーも対応してくれません。採算やりとりして諦めました。このカメラと録画機は本当におすすめしません。reolinkは中国の会社です。

品質にバラつきあり

2個購入しましたが、そのうち1つは全く映らず不良品。取替をして欲しいと思うも、アマゾンでは返品返金のみ。後日メーカーから連絡がありやり取りしてる間に交換出来るとの説明でもう訳わかりません。どちらにせよ数個買いましたが半数が何らかの不具合ありで製品の精度は良くない気がします。
