No, the straw part is a hard plastic, only the top is silicone.

Can you boil the sipper cap for sterilizing?

I don't know about boiling the sipper cap. I do wash it in hot soapy water and use a small brush to scrub it.

Are these for the f400 or f401 models of thermos funtainers?

F401. The F400 tops fit differently and straws are longer.

Do these fit the funtainer f402 bottles?

I don’t know what the f402 is, but they fit the 12 oz funtainer cups.
