Definitely water proof as it is hard to wash. lol Have to move it around in the wash a few times to get as much water out of it then spin before putting in dryer. Holds water like a balloon. Love it. Would buy another one! Highly recommend. Review: I love it, fits perfect. I have a brand new beautyrest that's quite deep. A little crinkly sounding but I can't live with it. Did a water test off my mattress, before putting it on. Nothing got through.

Fits my thick Queen foam mattress with some room to spare. El producto superó mis expectativas puesto que está hecho de excelente calidad y como aclaración no es un protector de colchón sino además es una funda para todo el colchón, es como un empaque con cierrenque te permite cuidar tu colchón. Estoy muy contenta con mi compra.

The fabric seems a lot nicer than the ones i have been using for 20 years. I needed a different size. The new fabric does not require wiping with a wet cloth to activate.

Great quality easy to put on with one person, wish it had a little more padding need to use with thicker sheets because of the noise
