At first the item we received was damaged, but we contacted the seller and had a response within a couple hours. They were prompt to be apologetic for a defective item and after sending pictures we recieved a full replacement in record speed. From the time we contacted them with a problem to the time the replacement was received was only a day and a half! I have never seen such prompt attention to customer service. This seller went above and beyond with their customer service. We are now setting it up, and my 12 year old grandson is easily assembling it on his own. Easy instructions. It's made of strong steel so it should be quite sturdy once he's done setting it up.

My husband uses it and overall he is ok with it. However when he does pull ups, his thighs brushes the back support which annoys and hurts him a little. He says the pull up bar is not situated in the right spot, it should have been more forward. If it was a smaller unit probably we would dis-assemble and send it back. Quite sturdy. He likes items that does not shake at all during workout but we know you need to have either much bigger unit for that or it has to be attached to a wall or ceiling.

It does exactly what it was supposed to do. Easy installation! Took me 30 minutes with very little handyman skills.

Shipped quickly and was fairly easy to assemble!

It works well for me I use it to work out. And it was very easy to set up.
