Not compatible in the UK

Did not say it was a US power source and could not be used in the UK with an adapter as it will cause an electrical fire. When returning the item, I had to drive to so many UPS Access Points as they were refusing to accept it due to the weight, even though it was under the 15kg limit. It was a nightmare that you should avoid.
