Difficult to remove from backing and tears easly

This looks great on the car at the filler cap.

Was shown as being undeliverable due to damage. When I called to get a replacement was told I would have to reorder at the higher price. Told I would get a refund, but wanted the sticker. Sounds like bait and switch.

I didn't pay much but I expected the illustration to look better

The decal I received is white. It is confusing because the image shown is black.
