Great beans, high in protein, flavorful. Low salt.

I’ve been buying these and the butter beans for a few months now. A great cheap and easy protein for a mama trying to stay healthy on a budget without spending hours in the kitchen!! Season and put on rice or quinoa with a veggie and bam a balanced meal. Not salty. Needs to be rinsed.

I ordered a case (12 cans) of these and every single can was crushed. Some so badly that they were almost impossible to open. UPS was the delivery company. I ordered these with a case of Kidney Beans, and had them ship at the same time. They came in a thin box marked HEAVY items and the box was also damaged and barely holding together. Next time, I will order them separately and hope that UPS isn't the shipper.

Love these garbanzo beans, great taste low sodium love them with my salads, but, how do you dent a can surrounded by other cans half of the package of a dozen cans were dented after reading some of the other reviews I see I’m not the only one with this issue. Mine was inside a box with other items as well. The bushes beans I would give five stars to, but because of all the dents, removing one star.
