You have to make sure you buy the correct size, but overall I am happy with it.One thing that is hard is if you put the ice packs in before you put it on. A few fell out, so I put the suit on and then put the ice packs in, which helped but still hard to do.

Difficult to put the ice packs on the back of and the sleeves of shirt while wearing it. When I tried to put the ice packs on the back side and sleeve before putting the shirt on many time the ice packs fell out of the pocket while put the shirt on. It was a little frustrating but eventually I got it on. I like this product for it’s torso coverage. Ice packs are not included. It works for me. A bit costly but effective.

I understand the need for this to be tight but it was 3 sizes too tight and 1xL is as high as they go

Work fast to keep me cool but does come with ice pack.

J'utilise non pas ce short pour maigrir mais, pour des raisons médicales, mettre des poches de froid et abaisser la température du corps (j'ai acheté également le t-shirt avec plein de poches),Tissu agréable à porter, élastique (j'aurais même pu prendre 1 taille en dessous).Très bon produit, je le recommande
