Fantastic in EVERY respect
Fantastic in EVERY respect!!! This Marcato Biscuit Maker is strong, well made and works just as it should! This is an original Marcato and not a cheap imitation and as always Marcato lives up to its high quality name! I have made many batches of delicious biscuits now and every single batch has been perfect! Utube was very useful for seeing it in action and for tips.

Topissime!!!
Hypra heureuse!

The best in the market
I am a home baker and I make a lot of cookies for my business. This is the best cookie press I have come across especially if you are doing bulk orders. I have used a bunch of cookie presses, comparatively Marcato is very sturdy and it won't break even if your dough is a bit hard, which happened to me with some other cookie presses. You don't have to change your recipe to use this cookie press. If you are a pastry person who makes a lot of cookies just go for it. It's totally worth it.

Great quality
Very happy with it now but it took 2 or 3 batches to learn how to use it properly. Main drawback is that the type of biscuit you can make is fairly limited. Any additions like nuts or raisins don’t work well with the shapes.
