We understand that convenience doesn’t always allow that so as long as you’re using a microwave safe dish, it is fine to heat your broth on a low setting. FROM FROZEN – For best results, remove restorative bone broth from freezer and thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours. Once defrosted open and pour desired amount of broth into a small stockpot. Heat over medium heat until you reach a simmer, stirring occasionally. QUICK THAW – Place your frozen restorative bone broth, still sealed in plastic bag, in a bowl or sink of hot water for 5 to 10 minutes or until it can be broken into pieces. Open the bag; invert contents into a small stockpot and follow above instructions. WHY FROZEN?Just like you wouldn’t find chicken breast or beef ribs on a shelf you shouldn’t find bone broth on a shelf either. We add zero stabilizers, preservatives or flavorings to increase the shelf life. Our broth is frozen immediately after it’s made to preserve the integrity. SIMMERED TO PERFECTION. A true bone broth uses just bones, no meat, and is slow simmered over 24 hours to maximize nutrient content by producing gelatin from collagen-rich joints and by extracting minerals from the bones into the broth. ABSOLUTE VERSATILITY. Warmed in a mug as a coffee or tea alternative, or a protein filled snack between meals, bone broth brings variety to the table. You can use it as a base for soup, stews, and sauces, or as a nutrient-rich substitution for water in rice and pasta dishes.

Addicting bone broth!
My package shipped quickly with dry ice, and it arrived to TX in the summer heat still frozen. My husband and I are addicted to this broth. We heat a pack on the stove every morning, and we drink it as our coffee. It is so satisfying and filling for the morning. The flavor is fresh and so yummy! I chose this brand of broth, because they use real, organic ingredients; no fillers, no artificial ingredients, no MSG!

Not true bone broth
I would not call this bone broth because it doesn't have a gelatinous consistency when cold. Not a bad chicken stock but you don't need to pay these kind of prices if you're not looking for the health benefits of bone broth.

Holes in most of bags delivered
First let me say the taste of the product is good, however the delivered bags arrived frozen(as it should) but when I thawed them in the refrigerator( first 6 bags, doing a bone broth fast) the all leaked out in the refrigerator and my bag at work. Four of the 6 thawed bag leaked out completely. This product is very expensive compared to others I expected more. This is a easy fixed, if you're going to hard freeze the product please do it in bigger bags so when the product expands it doesn't break through the bags. Very Disappointed!!!!!!

Excellent Broth
Shipped well, still frozen solid. Excellent collagen/gelatin texture...jiggly. Taste is excellent, I add salt and spices. My favorite is turkey.

Yummy and full of nutrients
I LOVE this product! I was directed to a bone broth fast from my medical practitioner, and I wondered how I could make all that broth myself, especially since my success rate in pulling the gel out of the bones is dicey at best. Bonafide helped me succeed with a consistently high quality product. The flavor is wonderful, too!

The best I have tried
This bone broth tasted exactly like my homemade broth. It jiggles when you refrigerate it with all of the collagen, and the flavor tastes just like the one I make myself. Thank you for making a great product so I don't have to!
