It's a Bag
Vacuum cleaner bags - what more can I say? They're not cheap rubbish and include the very necessary cardboard tab that folds over to hold the bag against the nozzle. These bags are the sealed non-reusable type but the more inventive among us can easily exact some scissor-surgical adjustment. You can get a bag clip from plenty of places.
