Do they sell replacement blades?

I'm not sure, I dont use the one i got because its to hard to adjust the level, so i never needed new blades

Are these cake leveler slicer easy for use?

Easy for me. I did find that you cant just slide the blade across the cake as they are quite thin. You have to use a slight sawing motion. But all in all, worked quite well

Will this work on an Angel Food Cake?
