I purchased a Pilates Bar from Amazon a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, the only way I could get the exercises was to sign up for a subscription on their website. I did not want to pay a monthly fee so I decided to give these cards a try. Oh, my goodness, what a game changer. The cards have everything you need to know in order to complete each exercise safely and correctly, including when to inhale/exhale and the number of reps. Cards are color coded for lower body, upper body and core exercises. There are premade workouts included in the enclosed pamphlet. You just look for the workout labels at the top of the cards and gather all cards with the same letter that is in the pamphlet. Each pre-made workout sessions has a duration of between 8-30 minutes depending which one you choose. You could easily customize your own 15- or 30-minute workout as each card gives the amount of time to complete each exercise. Love these cards!!

I like working out but I always get hung up on what to do and when. These cards make it so much easier for me to plan my routine for the week. The options to use the preset card order and rotation takes out the guess work and the ability to make it into a card game by blindly picking is nice. I’ll say though some exercises need better instruction or visuals. Bc there’s a couple where I’m like “how is this supposed to work” or “why am I feeling nothing at all”. Definitely a good workout though. My legs shake by the end of every workout. 100% recommend grabbing this and a Pilates resistance bar for beginner exercisers. Totally worth it.

This has a lot of different exercises with rated difficulties. Pictures on front, and showing how to do them on back, plus how many times.

I ordered these cards twice - they didn't come the first time through the Vine program (an empty mailer arrived), but I instinctively knew that these cards were going to be a game changer so I paid for them a second time. My instincts were spot-on. Unlike the workout reference that came with my pilates bar, these cards provide clear instruction on setting up your bar for each exercise, performing said exercise, and a good number of repetitions. The cards are a good quality and the storage box is very durable, making it very portable if you're traveling with your pilates bar. I highly recommend this item.

I love that this set comes with a list of routines (Core, Arms, Back etc). Makes it simple to pick a routine, grab the cards and go. Instructions on back are very clear.
