Yes you can eat them, for they are edible but I don't recommend since the product is a dried flower. I boil them in water and make tea.

Does this tea have caffeine in it?

"tea" is simply a drink of infusing plant matter into water... this is an "herbal tea". herbal teas are made with herbs (i.e. flowers, nuts, seeds, spices, etc) and are generally not made with leaves from the tea plant (if it's called white, green, black, red, oolong, macha, etc, it has tea plant leaves). herbal teas generally have no caffeine in them (unless cocoa beans/chocolate is an ingredient). general rule of thumb: if it's green or black dead leaves, it's caffinated... if it's fruits and flowers, it's not.
