Is it better to apply with a brush or sparayer? I'm worried about drips and runs.

I used a brush to make sure there were no drips.

My teak furniture had teak oil applied to it. Do I need to use cleaner before applying the Semco teak sealant?

Yes you do. the teak oil will lift the Semco. Teak oil is a magnet for dirt and shouldn't be used

The interior of my boat is teak veneer with teak trim .I sanded and stained it.would anyone recommended this product over mothane or varnish?

Yes I would recommend this product for interior teak over varnish or other products.
