Works really well!
Very good value; it's easy to use, and sturdy. I inflated a medium-sized floor-standing balloon in less than 2 minutes. I noticed others saying about manual pumps, that when drawing back the plunger, air was drawn back out, causing a very slow inflation; I didn't experience that at all. Maybe this one is just better made/designed, but it did the job quickly with no problems.

Naff
It’s just cr*p it doesn’t do the job it’s easier to blow them up yourself. I’m not very strong so can’t have been applying much pressure but it came apart in my hands and I had to screw things back together, let’s be honest when I’m organising a party that’s the last thing I want to be messing about with. Not worth your money at all
