I can buy an empty bosch custom case. great! but where can i find and buy empty bosch custom case clips? i found nothing on the bosch website.

Bosch does not currently sell the empty bit clips separately. However on the universe of things where you can find 3d printable design files, there a couple for the Bosch Custom Case System to fill the void of not having the clips available without bits

Will this lock properly on the gdx 18v ? i'm having trouble with 1/4" drive bits, if too short, they can pop out..

Hi there! If the bit is too short to be inserted in the chuck of the GDX18V, you will need to use the bit holder included in the SDMS44. For further assistance, contact us at 1-877-BOSCH99 (1-877-267-2499) from Mon-Fri 7A-7P CST.

Are the bits magnetic?

Thank you for your question. Yes, the DDMS40 Impact bits are all magnetic. For further assistance, contact us at 1-877-BOSCH99 (1-877-267-2499) from Mon-Fri 7A-7P CST.

What bit do i need to use with self-tapping screws with hex heads? and does this it come with it?

Hi! For your question on the DDMS40, it would depend on the screw head being used. However, it doesn't come with any. For further assistance, contact us at 1-877-BOSCH99 (1-877-267-2499) from Mon-Fri 7A-7P CST.
