Excellent!
Bought this for myself after years of wanting a gaming PC - and wow is it good!! It arrived extremely well packaged (please dont follow Amazon for tracking as it's incorrect - arrives via DPD so use the tracking ref on their website for accuracy), even packaging inside the tower to protect the componants! Boots up beautifully with Windows 11 pre-installed. Runs smooth, graphics for a RTX 3050 are bang on! Games I've ran so far re where graphics are key, are Red Dead Redemption 2 & Baldurs Gate 3 and they are top notch at 1080!! HIGHLY recommend, excellent build quality, plenty of USB ports, runs excellent and an all round high performer!

Fast for most games at a decent frame rate.
Great PC at this price point. plays all the games my son wants to play at good frame rates. worth spending a little more on this than some of the "gaming PCs" advertised else where. Set up was a breeze, but is a start from scratch window set up ( it's installed). looks great lit up as well which is a bonus.

Fantastic
My son was getting annoyed as his PC was 'lagging'. So for his birthday we bought him new. He absolutely loves this, and the support with the aftercare as been outstanding.

Disheartened- Faulty PC
The PC was great to start but then after 2 weeks the hard drive failed. First, when it in the middle of a game a blue screen would appear and then a grey screen with random words/codes. (Only 2 games downloaded) fortnight and forza. We managed to reset on numerous occasions but in the end it completely failed we couldn’t even factory reset. There was just the Grey screen that we could not get out of. This is when we sought advice from a tech savvy person who said it needs returning. It’s faulty. We are awaiting refund. When it did work to start with it was easy to set up and was fast but that didn’t last long unfortunately. Such a shame, my child is heartbroken that it won’t work and that we’ve had to return it, it was his main Christmas present. 😩 Hopefully the seller will be able to sort these issues out. It’s put us off buying tech from Amazon.

Everything as was stated and more
Exactly as it was described. Exact delivery day but most of all, it was packed to perfection. It even had foam bags inside the tower to make sure no hardware gets disturbed. I would 100% recommend this if you like gaming but are not too obsessed with it. Very good price too

Absolute gem!!
I was cautious about buying a pre built from Amazon but most I have zero regrets about buying this rig it's absolutely fantastic. The quality of the build is top notch 👌 and the package it came in kept it that way. Runs super fast quick and quite and loving being able to play my games on ultra settings rather than my previous pc running everything low or medium settings, Even the smaller details like cable management is 10 out of 10 for me I couldn't recommend it anymore Love the remote for the LEDs and fans great touch that
