The battery arrived on time in good condition.

Totally unreliable product
I have had problems with this battery since arrival. The laptop often does not recognise that the battery is attached. There is clearly a connection problem of some kind. Repeatedly unattaching and reattaching the battery can sometimes get it working. But when I restart the laptop, the battery will not work. It also seems to have a problem keeping it's charge. There is no apparent facility for me to return this battery to the seller despite the fault. DO NOT BUY!
