Chain losens up while riding. What needs to be done to fix it? This only happens when my son stands while biking.

Is the 16" available and can a 5 year old use it?

For the 16" ' I say yes a 5-year-old can use this bike they just have to get use to the wide handlebars my 7-year-old does great on this bike.
